Planning and Implementation

  2. Engagement/Truancy—Foster the Universal Design for Learning,
  3. Academic Achievement—Increase, define or redefine staffing and staffing roles to support needs based on data, Revisit the Structure of the School Day

We began implementation in the summer of 2021 and will continue through the next few years. Our implementation plan has been designed to be flexible and adaptable, and we anticipate making changes to meet student needs.
